He has written India Blog Trends 2016 and Social Media Marketing, India Trends 2013. His blog, India PR Blog, started in early 2006, went on to become one among the top 25 PR blogs globally. He also wrote for Mashable.com, the world’s top technology blog, from 2007-2009 reviewing hundreds of online tools.
Palin conducts digital training for students, young professionals and clients regularly. One of the biggest trainings he has undertaken was a four hour workshop for 100 business heads of IATA’s various partners from 30 countries as part of IATA’s Global Partners Conference 2016 in Dubai and again in Abu Dhabi in 2017. He has developed training material and presented digital sessions to senior executives of various clients including PepsiCo, SpiceJet, and NDTV, among others. He has given digital training workshops to hundreds of young professionals and new campus recruits every year since 2008 in Genesis Burson Marsteller, and now in Avian Media. He has also presented digital sessions to students at the School of Communications & Reputation (SCORE).
He has spoken on digital trends at various industry conferences like the Future of Influence organised by PRMoment.in, Public Relations and Corporate Communications India Summit (PRAXIS), and has writ ten on digital marketing in popular websites like LightHouseInsights.in.
Palin led the social media campaigns for Ford India from 2010-2012, making it the top social media brand in 2012, according to Nielsen McKinsey. Of his 15 years in the field, he has also worked with brand
s like Philips, Qualcomm, SpiceJet, Reckitt Benckiser, PepsiCo, HP, Microsoft, and Intel.
Palin lives in New Delhi with his wife and daughter.
